The highly topical themes and solutions presented at the Smart Home NOW events were many, all very interesting and we have collected some of the participants' opinions in two short videos.
By Smart Living solutions we refer to all solutions that include intelligent devices and functions as well as value-added services (also by third party players) and that are chosen or bought by the enduser for her/his home or work environment. A small piece of "Smart City" seen from the end-users point of view: the home or the neighborhood.

At the Smart Home NOW events we talked about new personal services from health to Food Innovation and Home Care (with Aicare, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Trilogis, Città Del Sole and CucinaBarilla), sustainability and Energy Efficiency (with Glass-to-Power, InfinityHUB, Caroli Elettronica, Energy, SolidPower, WindCity, Progetto EnergyRouter and Siwego), Security (with Yale Italia), integration and supervision (with QNAP), Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality (with Amazon Web Services, Politecnico di Bari/AI, Politecnico di Bari/IoT, Politecnico di Bari/SSTlab, Wideverse and Nextome), open source standards and communities of Makers (with Authometion and the support of Farnell Element14), about the importance of the User Experience (with Baasbox, Filo and Snapback), regional innovation districts and Open Innovation (with Distretto Produttivo Informatica della Puglia, Trentino Sviluppo, LUISS Enlabs and LVenture).
In the networking sessions we asked the participants to share their favorite Smart Living solution, what they would implement first. See some of the answers in these two short videos:
