Italiano is a website where you can read and share information about digital solutions and create new content. Some pages are visibile to all website visitors, other pages are visible only to registered users. All data is gathered based on explicit consent by first-time visitors (cookie banner) and registered users (who volunteer information when registering) and managed by Daivai Srl as described below and as required by the European Data Protection Law (GDPR EU 2016/679).


This website collects two types of data.

COOKIE AND USAGE DATA (non-personally-identifiable data about website visitors)
As described in the information banner that appeared the first time you visited, we may collect and store information when you visit the website including sending technical and profiling cookies to your device in order to give you a more comfortable and friendly experience when using and returning to the website. A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on the visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser sends to the website each time she/he returns. Cookies help us monitor visitor preferences and performance of the different functionalities in order to continuously improve your experience. We ask you for very little information when registering and as the information is provided on a voluntary basis the registration represents an explicit consent to this privacy policy.
If registering as a normal user we only require you to indicate 1) your email address, 2) a username and 3) your city. The username you choose will be visible to others but your email address will not be visible and will never be disclosed to third parties, unless you give us permission to. Optional: you can add a personal photo and a short description of yourself. If you do, these will be visible to others too.
If registering as an expert you must also add 4) your first and last name because a Daivai expert must be easily identifiable to everybody – it's one of the advantages of registering as an expert! Optional: In addition to your own city you can add more cities where you already work or are interested in working and you can add a profile description. If you do, it will be visibile to others.
We monitor how many times a Solution or Use Case is viewed or the number of times an expert has been chosen by users for their Use Cases. This information is visible to everybody directly on the website and is one of the features you may find useful. Some of the functionalities on let you share information with others. For instance, if you use the available feature to publish a Use Case you have created, it will be visible to others in one or more pages and when you share information it may be indexable by internet search engines.



Daivai processes the data of users in compliance with this Privacy Policy and current legislation and takes security measures to guarantee information security and prevent unauthorized access or use of data by using identity verification and encryption when users access their Daivai accounts.
Daivai will only use the information provided by registered users for the operations of the website and cannot be held responsible for the information that registered users decide to publish. Each individual user is responsible for verifying if his/her publication violates any Privacy Laws or any other national or international legislations. The Data processing is carried out using IT tools and methods to support the purposes indicated. Data may be accessible to people involved in the operation of the website (administration, sales, marketing, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT and communication partners). Access to personal information is restricted to Daivai employees and its data processing partners. The updated list of these parties may be requested at any time.

The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. Note that Daivai may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live and may use third-party software/databases partners to manage your information, for instance to generate newsletters and mailing campaigns or analyze website traffic.

If you are a registered user we may use your email address to inform you about events, topics or services and about solutions, functions and features on We may include this information in a personalized email and/or a newsletter. If you contact Daivai, e.g. by sending an email, we may keep a record of this communication in order to handle any related issues or opportunities in the best possible way.
