IOTHINGS is one of the main IoT events in Italy with a spring event in Milan and a fall event in Rome. The 10-11 April 2018 edition had over 2200 participants and 123 sponsors, exhibitors and partners. An international and heterogeneous audience participated in 17 conference sessions with over 196 speakers who discussed the most innovative IoT products and solutions on the market.

During the event, on behalf of FARNELL, DAIVAI srl organized the workshop: “Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 for SMEs – Architectures and use cases with hardware, software and cloud kits” In the workshop some practical use cases were analyzed (manufacturing / Industry 40, Smart Living, Agrifood) and it was demonstrated how to create them with IoT technologies disributed by companies like Farnell.
